A visit to the infamous Maximum Security Prison and interaction with an ex-political prisoner.
A 45-minute bus ride with a guide providing commentary about the Island. 
The opportunity to explore the Murray's Bay Harbour precinct attractions, such as the Muslim shrine, or kramat, and the Museum Shop Once you’ve returned to the V&A Waterfront after which  you proceed for a scenic along  the Atlantic coastline en route to Hout Bay and its fishing harbor.

The tour continues over the famous Chapman’s Peak drive – if open, with a sheer drop on one side of the coast and a 250 meter rise on the other .As we make our way through  Noordhoek , Misty Cliffs & Scarborough we reach the most south western point on the African Continent, Cape Point. Considered to be the romantic meeting place of the Atlantic and the Indian oceans, SirFrancis Drake the Explorer called it "The fairest Cape that he saw in the whole circumference of the Globe".

After leaving the reserve we proceed along the Indian Ocean to the suburb of Simon's Town, headquarters of the South African Navy and home to the African “Jackass” Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach. This is the last stop before heading back to your Hotel/B & B.

Our journey to Cape Point takes us along the scenic Atlantic seaboard coastal road. We pass the pristine beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay with their soft white sand and blue water.

The Twelve Apostles Mountain Peaks rise above the road on one side, while sheer cliffs drop into the Atlantic Ocean on the other side. There is no doubt the coast of the Cape Peninsula offers magnificent scenery with its great biodiversity. Once we arrive at the quaint fishing village of Hout Bay we visit Seal Island home of the Cape Fur Seals. Our tour continues over Chapman’s Peak which offers amazing photo opportunities, and then onto the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. The reserve is home to some Antelope including the rearCape Mountain Zebra, the indigenous ‘fynbos’, different species of birds and of course the ever entertaining and mischievous “Chacma” Baboons.

Take the optional funicular ride or walk to the lighthouse to see the most south western point of the African continent. From the park we continue to Boulders Beach in Simons Town to visit the African“Jackass” Penguins. Simons Town is also the headquarters of the South African Navy. Time permitting we will do an optional visit to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens after which we will take you to your Hotel / B & B

Depart your Hotel and head for the Cape of Good Hope Nature reserve, considered to be the meeting point of the Atlantic and Indian oceans. An optional Funicular ride to the Cape Point Light house will surely be worth your while considering the amazing views from the Light House. After we visited the nature reserve we will head toward Simonstown Boulders beach area to encounter the Boulders Penguins otherwise referred to as the African“Jackass”Penguin after which you will be dropped at your hotel

Our first stop from the hotel is Table Mountain including the Cable Car ride. After the decent, enjoy a scenic coastal drive through Camps Bay, pass The Twelve Apostles and the Atlantic Ocean en route to Hout Bay. This is a fishing community with actively working harbor.

The tour continues over the famous Chapman’s Peak drive – if open, with a 200 meter drop on one side of the coach and a 200 meter rise on the other, as we make our way south, following the Atlantic Ocean until we reach Cape Point (funicular for own account). Said to be the romantic meeting place of the two mighty oceans, the Atlantic and the Indian, Sir Francis Drake the Explorer once called it "the fairest Cape that we saw in the whole circumference of the Globe". And rightly so, it must be the highlight of any visit to the Mother City, if not South Africa.

We pass the naval base of Simon's Town as we continue along the Indian Ocean, en route to see the Jackass Penguin Colony which has become well established at Boulders Beach before ending the tour back at your hotel
